It's hard to believe it's not compatible considering it works with generally every other Surface Pro/Book. I got the "SurfaceBitLockerProtectorCheck.msi" file it reccomends, and run it in repair mode, but the problem persists. I've runned the Diagnostic Tool, which came out ok except it apparently requires a Bit Locker update. I've tried to narrow it down to if it was doing it when I lifted it higher than a certain point, or if I was writting too fast, but I couldn't find consistency. I think the gif shows the problem clearly (I'm sorry it's flipped), but just in case it doesn't work: Both are completely new, and since day one I have this issue where suddenly it stops detecting the pen for a couple of seconds and then comes back, all Hello!
